When you order products from the Joytree website, you can be assured your purchase will be shipped with the utmost care to the shipping address provided. All orders are shipped by us directly to you.
Joytree guarantees delivery only to the shipping address that is provided by you at time of purchase. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will contact you for further instructions.
Shipping options are provided on the product listing page and we strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed, unless the product detail page states otherwise. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
Tracking Shipments and Tracking Numbers
When an item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for that shipment.

Shipping Rates & Fees
Many items ship free of charge on the Joytree website.
If shipping fees are charged, they will be calculated at checkout. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
Shipping is usually by USPS Priority Mail and shipping details will be shown on the product listing page.
Sales tax is charged on products (where applicable) on all items shipped to a California address.
What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?
All items are handcrafted at Joytree, but in the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We can ship via USPS Priority Mail to a PO Box. You will be notified if we need an alternate address for delivery of your purchase for any reason.
Can I ship an order to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, additional charges may apply.
