Even Megan Markle Considers Color Psychology November 7, 2018 – Posted in: color, fashion, navy blue – Tags: , , ,

If you’ve been following the recent Royal tour by Prince Harry and Duchess Megan Markle, you will have seen an amazing selection of fashion outfits, and may also have noticed that many of the clothes that the Duchess wore were navy blue.

It turns out that navy blue has become the “go to” color for the Duchess, and it has been reported in fashion magazines and news articles that she has often been seen wearing navy blue since becoming part of the Royal family.

Color psychology experts are speculating that it could be a subconscious decision to give a feeling of trust and reliability to those that the Duchess meets.

Always chic and glamorous, Megan Markle chose a navy blue dress by Stella McCartney, and a skirt by Givenchy on her last tour and looked stunning in both.

In the psychology of color, blue is seen as trustworthy, reliable, calm and focused and is often chosen for uniforms and is a popular color for business suits. It is seen as a professional color, but far more approachable than black.
