Libyan Desert Glass is a rare natural glass found in the eastern Sahara Desert. It is believed to have formed from the impact of meteorites heating the sand, and creating the glass. It is considered to have a high spiritual energy, and is a form of Tektite.
This stone has been wire-wrapped in tarnish resistant silver plated wire. It can also be purchased with either a black or tan leather cord instead of a chain.
